Boat cruise, I got sun burned drinking magarittas and snorkling at each of the 3 bays we stopped at.

We took a cruise on a catamaran an got to see dolphins swimming along side the boat.

On boat cruise we got to see a couple of humpback whales, check out the tails as they dived in front of us.

Where two oceans meet, there is an arch in the rocks, and just breath taking views.

Lovers Beach just outside of Cabo San Lucas, you only get there by boat.

Royal Caribbean Cruises docked in the bay and it looked impressive just not as good as we had it on the beach.

I thought I told the staff not to take my boat out for sunset cruises! Now that is a boat and real money!

The beach to the right of our hotel was a little rougher but exactly what I had to grow up with, a great shore break for skim boarding.

Some cowboy brought horses onto the beach each day to take riders up and down the coast on these well groomed ponies.

Last Saturday we had a dream ski day with temps up at 38 F. Scott and I headed up to Winter Park and got stopped on the pass, whilst they cleared an avalanche that had crossed over the road. Apparently the road was posted to be closed until noon but we got to go through at 7:00 so when we got to the resort there was nobody on the slopes and we had them to ourselves. With 3" of fresh powder on the ground we carved up the slopes and by 12:00 we had completed 10 runs. We had a bowl of chili turkey at the local spot and then got home by 14h00.

Three weeks in a row I have traveled to and from New York for business. It is a great town to visit and each time I make sure to try a new restaurant when I am there. This last trip was Indonesian curry and it was good. The photo is the view from my hotel room. I stay on Times Square which makes getting to the office a 5 minute walk and to get to restaurants an easy ten minute stroll.

The slalom course was set up o this slope for Olympic trials for the juniors and watching them scary, they have no fear and a lot of talent.

Its all about the weather for the past two months and we have had some very chilly weather through the end of December and into the start of Jan. Fortunately things have changed up a lot into the start of Feb and right now we have some fabulous weather. Blue skies fresh powder on the slopes and a public holiday.

Work has been really busy theses past two weeks but with a great team I have to work with nothing seems impossible.

On Saturday we headed for the slopes in the snow and skied all morning with the fresh powder falling, it was awesome and Lesleigh really enjoyed her day out. Today, Monday, was a public holiday and so I headed out for the slopes at 5:00am, got first chair up and got to carve some nice turns on the freshly groomed slopes. The sun was out and the skies were a deep blue. Nothing beats a great day on the slopes with fresh powder and warm temps. I took some photos of the runs I completed this morning, all 11 of them and then my legs said no more.
