Real cowboys and golf

Riding at its peak, horse jumping all fours in the air and wanting to throw the rider with speed.

Check out this turkey leg I bought for lunch it was huge, just like an eisbein

Lesleigh gets her cow girl hat for the day

Above is me and the boys at the Raven golf course, up high in the mountains and a bunch of hustlers all playing for cash.
Ride em cowboy! one man steers six horses at a canter standing on their backs.

Catching the bull, they make it look so easy.

and you thought cows cant fly, well I caught it on film with a rider on board.

This guy hung on for dear life, and yes this bull was mad!

Another really eventful week with new experiences and some that are truly spectacular. We went over to a place called Cheyenne in The neighbouring state Wyoming to watch what is commonly known as the "Daddy of them all". Its the world stage of Rodeo riding and it all about real cowboys showing off their skills. These men are born on horse back and have no fear of taking on some of the wildest horses and bulls. Watching in real life is even more spectacular than what you see on documentaries and it is captivating as each cowboy competes against others to show the ultimate skills they possess. I have a couple of photos that show just a tiny bit of these skills.

Then on Sunday it was off to a golf course in the West called the Raven. The no1 mountain course in the US and certainly a treat. I was invited to play by a company that I met with last week and they footed my green fee bill and the fuel. The cost was expensive $160 per person to play and I did not disappoint the team by playing several shots every hole to get my green fee worth.

This week will be a quieter week on the social front with more focus on getting that JOB!
